Wave Ride
The two of them in the dinghy, drifting wherever the waves take them.
Have you ever thought about going uphill on a slide? The Wave Ride defies all expectations! Seated two-by-two on a two-seater rubber dinghy, you set off from a height of 15 metres, slide 69 metres through a closed tube and emerge onto a large open track shaped like a sail. The initial thrust launches you upwards before reversing direction in a spectacular braking manoeuvre. A real launch pad offering an irresistible mix of adrenaline and wonder.
Usage
- Before entering the attraction, you must read the information sign regarding health restrictions; if in doubt, please ask a member of staff.
- The use of a two-seater dinghy is compulsory.Â
- For use in pairs only; single use or use without a partner is prohibited. Þ
- Access restricted to people taller than 1.20 metres.Â
- Minimum total weight of the crew: 100 kg.Â
- Maximum total weight of the crew: 220 kg.Â
- Minimum user weight: 40 kg.
- Maximum user weight: 110 kg.
- Maximum weight difference between the two users: 40 kg.Â
- You must weigh yourself on the scales provided before entering the ride.
Positions
- Management recommends maintaining the correct position, adopted at the moment of departure from the slide, until the landing is complete.Â
- You must strictly follow the instructions given by the lifeguards and assume the position shown on the sign at the start.Â
- Sit in a reclined position, facing forwards.Â
- Hold on tightly to the safety handrails.Â
- You must not take your hands off the handlebars at any point during the ride.Â
- The lighter passenger must sit in the front seat.
Access and security
- You must not dismount in a standing position, lying on your back facing backwards, lying on your stomach facing backwards, or sliding down on your knees.Â
- Wait for the staff to give the go-ahead.Â
- Wait until the dinghy has come to a complete stop before getting out.Â
- Please leave the dinghy in the designated area.Â
- Leave the arrival area immediately.Â
- The sump is 0.20 metres deep.Â
- Do not rock the dinghy whilst underway.Â
- It is forbidden to enter the water without a life jacket.
- Do not hold on to the sides of the slide.Â
- Running on the staircase is prohibited.
