Help, guidance and support from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm. A point of contact always on hand to help you through your day with us.
Car park
Convenient, spacious and free. Designed to accommodate cars, motorbikes, coaches and caravans, so you can start your day stress-free. A quick and easy stop, just a stone’s throw from the action.
Accessibility
Our park is open to everyone. Guests with disabilities have access to reserved, nearby parking spaces, a dedicated entrance and ticket office, barrier-free routes, and special aids such as the JOB floating wheelchair.
Food
Our catering is inclusive. We take dietary requirements seriously, offering options for coeliacs and ensuring tasty breaks that fit in with your lifestyle.
Toilette
Well-maintained, clean and practical facilities are available throughout the park. Easily identifiable by their signage, they include men’s, women’s and disabled toilets, as well as convenient baby changing facilities for the little ones.
Lockers and luggage storage
Plenty of space, convenience and unlimited access all day long. Choose your locker for just €5.00 a day or the luggage storage service for €10.00 a day, set a personal 6-digit code and open it as often as you like.
Shopping point
Convenient, practical, and affordable!
For those of you who love a bit of shopping, there’s a market in the park where you’ll find everything you need for the summer at competitive prices: swimwear, T-shirts, sunglasses, sun cream, beach towels, hats, flip-flops and other personal care items. Always well-stocked, it’s perfect for last-minute purchases.
Photo booth
Take your favourite moments home with you.
Fresh memories printed on the day to create your summer album. Shot by shot, our photographers capture the most fun moments. You can collect your souvenir photos at the photo booth, along with exclusive park merchandise. And if you buy before 2 pm, you’ll also get a special discount!
Animation
Music, games and shows all day long.
Come and visit us, and soak up the park’s energy! The fun kicks off straight away with our mascot Splash welcoming you, along with the entertainment team who’ll be with you all day long. From 10:00 am, the entertainment begins with games and music in the Wave Pool, whilst the free Mini Club is open for the little ones.
In the morning, the entertainers will be out and about in the park creating social media content featuring you too – perhaps whilst you’re playing sports on the pitches in the Sports Area. At 3.15 pm, the snow machine kicks into action on the K2 terrace, then from 5.00 pm it’s everyone to the Onde Pool: baby dance, music, group dances, plus loads of games to win fantastic prizes! Every day ends with a final wave from Splash and all the entertainers: see you next time!
