Alternatively, you can move to the Prato area, without a sun lounger, but you will not be entitled to a refund, even partial. If you purchased a Standard ticket, you can purchase an upgrade that allows you  to use the numbered umbrellas and sun loungers. Purchases can be made by contacting the dedicated staff present in each area or at the Park ticket office, at the price indicated in the price list under the “UPGRADE” heading.
