Schedule for the day

Morning session

9.30 am – 1.00 pm
The morning session will be devoted primarily to taking photographs of families and children, making the most of the most favourable lighting conditions and areas of the Park with fewer visitors.
During the morning, photographs may be taken of:

• families and children;
• areas dedicated to young children;
• moments of play and fun in the pools and water attractions;
• the Park’s main facilities when visitor numbers are low.

Before the park opens to the public, the photographer will also take images of the attractions, swimming pools and various areas of the park, intended to enrich the photographic archive for use on the website, in promotional materials and for future communication activities.

Afternoon session

2.00 pm – 6.30 pm
The afternoon session will be dedicated to producing dynamic, emotional and lifestyle-focused content, engaging different visitor demographics.
During the shoot, photographs may be taken of:

• groups of young people;
• couples;
• senior citizens;
• lifestyle scenes;
• people using the main attractions;
• dynamic shots on slides and in swimming pools;
• moments of relaxation in designated areas;
• scenic portraits and emotive images enhanced by the late afternoon light.

Accompanying Persons

Each selected participant may be accompanied by one person.
For all participants under the age of 18, the presence of a parent or a formally authorised adult companion is mandatory.

Stay in the Park

At the end of the morning session, participating children and their accompanying adults may remain in the Park free of charge for the rest of the day.

Hospitality

Hydromania will provide:

• lunch for participants invited to the morning session;
• afternoon snack and aperitif for participants invited to the afternoon session, at the end of the shoot.

Complimentary ticket

All selected participants will receive a complimentary ticket valid for one free entry to Hydromania by 5 September 2026.

Required clothing

To ensure the best possible image quality, each participant must bring several changes of swimwear and some beach accessories (e.g. beach towel, sun hat, sunglasses, flip-flops and other matching accessories).
Swimwear should preferably be:

• free from particularly conspicuous brands, logos or lettering;
• suitable for a family setting and consistent with Hydromania’s image;
• preferably plain coloured;
• colourful and easy to coordinate.

Personal Grooming

Participants are asked to arrive on time, well-groomed and presentable.
Hair, clothing and accessories should help to enhance the quality of the images and maintain a style consistent with Hydromania’s family and lifestyle positioning.
Participation in the photoshoot implies acceptance of these organisational conditions and of the instructions provided by staff throughout the day.

Image Use Release Form

Participation in the photoshoot is subject to signing the image use release form.
The release form will be sent exclusively to selected participants, to the email address provided during the application process, and must be completed, signed and handed in on the day of the photoshoot. Without a signed release form, it will not be possible to take part in the event.

Underage participants

For underage participants, the release form must be signed by those exercising parental responsibility.
If the minor is not accompanied by a parent, they must arrive with the release form already duly completed and signed, together with any required documentation, so as to allow participation in the photoshoot even if accompanied by another adult (for example, a family member or an authorised accompanying person).
