An extremely playful and colorful little fish located in the shallowest pool of the Kids' Lagoon/Laguna Bimbi in the shape of a puffer fish whose inside is a bucket that collects the water that flows from a fountain and fills up every 2 minutes and… turns over dropping a real water bomb on all the children below giving them a refreshing and fun moment.
